To ensure fairness and avoid last-minute confusion, please review these crucial league updates:
Deadline for Changes: Please make any changes to your sign-up status BEFORE 3 PM on the day of league play. This allows waitlisted players to know if they're in after 3 PM and helps Katie print accurate sheets.
Cancellations After 3 PM: If an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from playing after the 3 PM deadline, it is your responsibility to find another LAP member to take your place.
Strict No-Show Policy: If you are on the roster after 3 PM on league day and do not attend, you will be unable to participate in the league for the remainder of the season. This also applies to waitlisted players who are moved onto the roster before 3 PM. While Pickleball Den sends email notifications, please do not solely rely on them. It's essential to check the sign-up sheet yourself after 3 PM if you're on the waitlist.
Thank you for helping us maintain a great league experience for everyone!
