Stay active and connected all year with Ludington Area Pickleball!
As we transition to indoor play starting this Sunday, October 4th, please review the following critical updates regarding registration rules, schedule changes, and court policies.
Sign-ups open every Sunday at 1:00 PM via Pickleball Den for the upcoming week.
1:00 PM – 4:59 PM: Members may sign up for a maximum of 3 time slots total for the week (including Round Robins).
5:00 PM Onward: The cap lifts! You may sign up for as many remaining slots as you like (including multiple slots per day).
Enforcement Policy: Rules enforced in previous seasons carry over.
1st Notice: Email/text warning detailing the rule.
2nd Notice: Immediate removal from all play slots for the entire week.
Note: If you received warnings last season, those remain on record as prior notice.
Self-Registration Only: The system now restricts accounts so you can only sign yourself up. You can no longer register other players. If you run into technical issues, contact an Administrator.
Update Your Phone Number: Please log in and ensure your current phone number is saved so we can reach you via text/call regarding last-minute openings or schedule changes.
Cap Increase: Player caps for ALL time slots at WSCC have increased from 15 to 16 players.
Trial Challenge Court (Through end of 2026): One court at WSCC is designated as a Challenge Court during the following times:
Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Sat: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
(Outdoor challenge court rules apply. A new paddle rack will manage play on all courts.)
Pre-9:00 AM Play (Mon–Fri): Members may use available courts prior to 9:00 AM if the gym is open. This informal time is ideal for pre-formed groups.
Mandatory Sign-In: ALL members MUST sign in at WSCC prior to playing (including SilverSneakers members).
Commit to Your Full Slot: Please plan to play your full 2-hour session. Leaving early disrupts games and deprives waitlisted players of a spot.
Takedown & Storage: If no group plays after your slot, you must take down nets and store all equipment in designated areas.
Church Venue Resurfacing: The church gym floors have been resurfaced. Specific facility rules are posted on-site—please review them upon arrival.
After you sign up on Sunday, check that you selected 3 or less spots by clicking on "FIND ME."

Please check website for the most up-to-date information: 24-7golf.com/ludington-pickleball
As a safety measure, please call "ball!" if a ball from your court goes into another court. Toss or hit the ball back to the appropriate court. Balls rolled on the ground can be a trip hazard for unsuspecting players.
At the end of the game, please secure the ball before touching the net with your paddle.
What is the rule for rotating players in and out when there are players waiting? Generally, the agreed-upon practice is that only the winning two players stay on and split, while two more players join for the first game. After the first game, rotate out after playing two games to give everyone a chance to play.
