You must be a member of Ludington Area Pickleball to participate in the LAP Ladies Round Robin.

Only play in one Round Robin a week. Wednesdays for 3.5+ players or Thursdays for 3.0 players.
Reserve your spot on weekly on Pickleball Den
Arrive between noon and 12:20 to sign in and warm up. You will be given a number. This number will indicate your court assignment for each game.
Courts are assigned at 12:30 p.m. Top two numbers serve first and will play on the tall fence side.
Players will play in 5-7 game depending on the number of players.
The league follows the USAPA rules.
Games are played to 11 win by 2.
Scores are recored and then discarded.

Strict No-Show Policy: Make sure to remove yourself from the Pickleball Den sign up if you are unable to play to allow others to play.

Registration: Opens weekly on Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. via Pickleball Den
Format: 6–9 games per session. Games are played to 11 (win by 2) following USAPA rules with the exception of 2 teams.
2 teams: 3 games to 15 (win by 2).
3 teams: 9 rounds of round-robin.
4 teams: 6 rounds of round-robin + 1 "Court Battle" game.
5 teams: 10 rounds of round-robin.
6 teams: 5 rounds of round-robin + 2 rounds of ladder.
7 teams: 7 rounds of round-robin + 1 "Court Battle" game.
8 teams: 7 rounds of round-robin + 1 "Court Battle" game.
9 teams: 7 rounds of round-robin + 1 "Court Battle" game.
10 teams: 7 rounds of ladder play.
11 teams: 8 rounds of round-robin + 1 "Court Battle" game.
12 teams: 7 rounds of ladder play.
Tracking: Only the final court earned each week will be recorded.

Short Players: If we are short players after registration, the last court will feed in the extra players. Two on, two off.
Gameplay: 7 rounds (approx. 6–7 games per player). Games are played to 11 (win by 2) following USAPA rules.

Structured Play: Both leagues offer a consistent schedule and format, simplifying planning for members.
Inclusive: Members can join any week throughout the summer.
Flexible Commitment: No long-term commitment is required. Members can play as often as they like (weekly or occasionally).
No Subs: Everyone plays as themselves
Community Building: These leagues provide opportunities for members to connect with other players and build camaraderie within the Ludington Area Pickleball Club.
Skill Development: Regular play in a competitive environment helps players improve their pickleball skills and strategies.
